ICICI Bank is hiring for the role of E-Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Building deeper relationships with customers to achieve an increase in the share of wallet and revenues through the phone channel.
• Providing professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention which should result in a high Net Promoter Score
• Having complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics, and assets in the bank.
• Serving as one-point contact to the mapped customers of the bank.
• Cross-selling and Up-selling of products and services for both new and existing customers.
• Providing advisory for various products offered by Banks to enhance relationship value.
• Developing and maintaining banking relationships with select groups of customers through individualized customer service.
• Generating new business to achieve defined targets in terms of the customers, volumes, and revenue for the segment.
• Achieving the budgeted targets through PPOP(Pre-Provisioning Operating Profit).
• Ensuring coverage of customer base in accordance with business plans.
• Expanding the base of new customers through referrals from existing customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage relationships to improve the relationship value of existing clients
• Aptitude toward delivering high-quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven with a Sales bent of mind
• Sales and Relationship experience from any industry
• MBA with 0-3 years
• Graduate with 3-8 years
