E-commerce Growth Manager Job in Gurugram at Saksham Impex Pvt Ltd

ROLE DIMENSIONS

Sales & Onboarding

• Identify and onboard hotels, restaurants, and distributors onto the app. 
• Conduct demos and training sessions for chefs, purchase managers, and distributor staff. 
• Support the sales team in migrating offline orders to the app. Maintaining good relationship with customers

Operations & Coordination

• Work with the tech partner to ensure features are working as expected, milestones, features, and bug fixes are delivered on schedule 
• Review and understand product requirements (BRD/SOW) — ensure correct implementation of ordering flows. 
• Understand and track ERP and API integrations between Saksham and distributor systems (Tally, Busy, Pyrops, etc.). 
• Track ERP integrations and distributor readiness for ordering through the app. 
• Assist in running promotions and campaigns for focus SKUs.

Distributor & Customer Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with distributors to ensure inventory and pricing are updated. 
• Gather feedback from key customers and share it with the tech/vendor team for improvements. 
• Monitor and support early adoption with regular follow-ups. 

Reporting:

• Maintain weekly adoption and order volume reports. 
• Track issues, follow-up status, and resolutions with the tech vendor and internal teams. 

KPIs

• No. of customers onboarded to the app. 
• Order volume growth from app users. 
• Distributor participation rate. 
• Resolution time for operational/technical issues. 

PROFILE:

• 3-4 years of HoReCa sales, B2B eCommerce, or FMCG operations. 
• Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms (no coding required). 
• Strong understanding of order management, distributor flow, and pricing logic. 
• Organized and able to coordinate between multiple teams. 
• Hands-on, execution-focused professional who enjoys solving real-world problems with tech.
