About this Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Flipkart & Myntra Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations on Flipkart and Myntra Seller Panels
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes)
  • Ensure catalog health, visibility, and compliance with platform guidelines
  • Manage pricing, offers, deals, and platform-specific promotions

2. Sales Performance & Growth:

  • Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and category rankings
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns (Big Billion Days, End of Season Sale, etc.)
  • Coordinate with account managers for visibility and growth initiatives

3. Advertising & Visibility:

  • Manage Flipkart Ads and Myntra promotional tools
  • Optimize budgets, keywords, and placements for better ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS

4. Quick Commerce (Add-on Responsibility):

  • Coordinate operations for Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other quick commerce platforms
  • Ensure stock availability at warehouses/dark stores
  • Track daily sales trends and optimize SKU assortment
  • Execute platform promotions and visibility activities

5. Inventory & Operations:

  • Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams for demand planning
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs for top SKUs
  • Manage order processing, returns, and reconciliation

6. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports covering:

  • Sales & orders
  • Conversion rate
  • Advertising performance
  • Inventory status
  • Share actionable insights for improving sales and efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub (mandatory)
  • Experience working with Myntra Partner Portal
  • Understanding of marketplace metrics: CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Buy Box, Visibility
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, basic data analysis)
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution capability

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Experience in FMCG / D2C brands
  • Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
  • Experience managing marketplace advertising campaigns
  • Basic understanding of product SEO and catalog optimization
  • KPIs (Performance Metrics)
  • Monthly sales growth on Flipkart & Myntra
  • Stock availability above 95% for key SKUs
  • Improved conversion and visibility
  • Effective campaign execution and ROI
  • Zero operational escalations or listing issues
