Joyalukkas is hiring for the role of E-Commerce Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute the day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce platform, which includes raising invoices and conducting billings of received orders.
• Ensure accurate pricing, and product information and maintain the track of return orders.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring adequate stock availability to fulfil customer orders efficiently.
• Assist with regular interaction with brand managers to plan for sale events and stock planning to increase sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any business or a related field.
• Overall experience of 1+ years in managing e-commerce operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Flipkart, Amazon, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and Myntra seller platforms.
