Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, product info, and account issues
- Maintain high-quality written communication and CRM documentation
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Meet performance metrics and adhere to brand guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written English communication; knowledge of a regional language preferred
- Grammar, sentence construction, and comprehension skills
- Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer-centric mindset with flexibility to work shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience
- Immediate joining required; willing to work from Marathahalli office
