Mahindra is hiring for the role of Dy. Mgr - Prod.Machine Shop!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Processing Issues/Quality Issues resolution related to gear manufacturing
  • Conducting training on tools and tooling on the latest trends. Identification of Tool life improvement projects or replacement of tools with alternate technology
  • Defecting identification and root cause analysis
  • Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
  • Generating a safe working culture
  • Developing improvement culture
  • Implementing TPM in Machining
  • Driving tool cost reduction, power cost reduction, and productivity improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma of Engineering in Automobile; Bachelor or Diploma of Engineering in Production; Bachelor of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering or Any Diploma
  • 2-7 years of experience
