Mahindra is hiring for the role of Dy. Manager - Industrial Engineering!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Doing the most - time study of machining / ASSLY operations & calculating the time required for the activities.
- Preparing guidelines, activity elements & factory files for various stages across production areas as per timelines.
- Manpower calculation for various levels of production across various areas in the plant with the help of most.
- Capturing, working out & implementing capacity improvement, work content reduction & productivity improvement projects across plant areas.
- Focus on optimizing on indirect manpower (including contractual manpower) in plant.
- Preparing VSM for various areas & planning & implementation of various improvements identified from VSM.
- Monitoring & improving of various iee parameters like - man hrs/ eq. tractor, design EWT, direct & indirect ratio.
- Implementation of projects for ergonomics improvements across plant activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering /Diploma in Industrial Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering/ Diploma in Production Engg.; Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical
