DVA Engineer Job in Pune at Tata Technologies

Tata Technologies is hiring for the role of DVA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and maintain analysis models representing the assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle
• Be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer
• Be responsible for the Dimensional Variation Analysis and Tolerance stack for ongoing and new projects

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/ Automotive Engineering
• Must have experience in the Dimensional Variation analysis domain with TC 3DCS
• Experience in using CATIA V 5/V6, Team Centre Engineering (TCE)
• Working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis
• Successful history of delivery within the automotive sector
• Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels
• PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Have experience in Body Components /Interior Trims/Exterior Trims Domains
• Have good working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis
• Good knowledge of GD&T Standard preferred ASME
• Have knowledge of 1D, 2D stack up & 3D dimensional variation analysis
• Hand-on experience on Catia V5/Teamcenter Vis Mockup
• Hand Experience in variation analysis software VisVSA, 3DCS
• Basic understanding of Kinematics
• Basic understanding of CAD and Design for Manufacturing Knowledge of jigs & fixtures used in Body Area preferred
