Duty Engineer - Residences Job in Mumbai at Four Seasons Gardens

Four Seasons is hiring for the role of Duty Engineer - Residences! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Be familiar with residential building projects, decorations and brands, meanwhile, take the role of supervisor when necessary
• Take the initiative to conduct a material purchasing plan in terms of storage management to ensure the operation needs.
• Manage the critical training and cross-training
• Ensure employee performance and deliver feedback with proper coaching.
• Ensure the operation inspection daily
• Apply new materials to the daily engineering supply. And ensure all the materials be filed properly.
• Attend the routine check every week with the guidance of EM, and find & solve the problems right away.
• Take part in regular meetings every day and make summary ending about the job plan.
• Assist the EM to submit and spread weekly operation reports, monthly work reports and half-yearly personal reports.
• Carry out and control the operation of all kinds of maintenance contracts and update
• Match up with duty engineering about daily work, and update the orders
• Ensure all issues are executed and followed up completely.
• Arrange the performance of work scheduling, discipline and standards of Four Seasons hotel
• Control and guide the skill-learning lessons and drawing keeping
• Complete other tasks assigned by divisional management

Requirements: 

• Senior high school degree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels
• At least 2 years as supervisor or above and work experience stably.
• Solid skill in repairing and maintenance.
• Good learning and communication skills.
