Binocs is hiring for the role of Due Diligence Associate/ Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct sector, company, and competitive analysis for target investments.
• Assess borrower/company financial health, growth potential, and risks.
• Analyze historical & projected financials, cash flows, and leverage metrics.
• Identify red flags, value creation levers, and deal breakers.
• Draft investment and credit memos for deal committees.
• Prepare high-impact decks and decision packs for internal and client use.
• Support valuation and credit modelling, including scenario & sensitivity
  analysis.
•  Sales support to build initial draft proposals for upcoming projects
•  Harness Binocs’ AI agent ecosystem and premium data platforms (Capital
  IQ, PitchBook, FactSet) to deliver fast, accurate, and fully-cited outputs.
• Structure deliverables for clarity, precision, and strategic insight.
•  Collaborate with the product team to design and test new AI capabilities.
• Provide structured feedback to improve deal workflow automation.
• Help develop reusable templates, research frameworks, and agent workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equity research, ideally with exposure to credit analysis/underwriting.
• Education: Graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent structured writing and communication.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Nice to Have: Experience with AI tools and financial databases.
