Deloitte is hiring for the role of DTTL- People Advisory - Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver top-quality client service representing the Talent/People Advisory function for Deloitte Global.
• Interface with the local client population to facilitate straightforward local issues, escalating non-routine problems to the appropriate HR Leader.
• Educate clients on self-service HR resources via the Intranet and guide HR-related inquiries.
• Ensure excellent service delivery with high accuracy, quality, and turnaround times in line with HR process requirements.
• Assist with goal setting, and mid-year, and year-end performance management, including managing logistics, note-taking, and consolidating results for Talent Advisors.
• Provide system support for performance management and offer insights on HR processes.
• Process all HR-related transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and cost center changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding, including assigning buddies and sending welcome emails.
• Manage exit interviews and the exit process, including data collection, exit surveys, and analysis.
• Coordinate logistics for Talent Advisory team meetings and provide valuable insights.
• Coordinate employee participation in Deloitte learning programs, process exception requests, and work on nomination eligibility lists.
• Assist with the year-end compensation process as required.
• Run reports and conduct data analysis for Talent Advisors and clients.
• Maintain employment files and records in compliance with company policy and legal regulations.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects, such as employee surveys, preparing communications, and learning program nominations.
