DRA Telecaller Job in Delhi at Secure Debt Management Consultant LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.
• Inform customers about their outstanding debts and repayment terms.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements based on company policies.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling difficult conversations.
• Accurately record all communication and updates in the company’s CRM or debt management software.
• Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to repayment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) guidelines and company protocols.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for debt recovery and collections.
• Work closely with the collections and legal teams to escalate cases when necessary.
• Adhere to all data protection and privacy laws when handling customer information.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• DRA Certification is mandatory (Debt Recovery Agent certification as per RBI guidelines).
• Proven experience in debt recovery, telecalling, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to handle challenging conversations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win payment solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email management).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
