Quest Global is hiring for the role of Dot Net MAUI Developer!

• Cross-Platform Development: Build and maintain mobile (Android & iOS) and desktop (Windows & MacOS) applications using .NET MAUI and Xamarin.Forms.
• Migration Expertise: Lead and support the migration of existing applications from Xamarin to MAUI.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into the application.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, responsive, and platform-specific user interfaces.
• Platform Customization: Customize applications to meet the specific requirements of Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows platforms using custom renderers and platform-specific tools.
• Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, functional testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Database Management: Work with databases like SQL, SQLite, or others for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Architecture: Apply MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architecture patterns for clean, maintainable code.
• Version Control: Utilize Git for version control and collaboration within a team.
• Asynchronous Programming: Implement asynchronous programming patterns and dependency injection for optimal performance.
• Protocols & API Knowledge: Solid understanding of REST APIs and protocols like HTTPS, MQTT.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experience in setting up DevOps pipelines and using App Center for app publishing and distribution.
• Agile & Scrum: Participate in the SCRUM process, using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps for tracking and collaboration.
• Mobile Development Understanding: Deep understanding of Android and iOS-based application development processes.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C#, XAML, Xamarin.Forms, and MAUI.
• Hands-on experience migrating apps from Xamarin to MAUI.
• Experience in building cross-platform mobile and desktop applications.
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Solid experience in unit testing, functional testing, and ensuring code reliability.
• Experience with SQL, SQLite, or similar databases.
• Understanding of MVVM architecture.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
