Domesting Billing and Collection Executive Job in Gurugram at Binary Semantics

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process domestic invoices as per agreed terms and timelines
• Ensure accuracy of billing, tax (GST), and supporting documents
• Follow up with customers for timely payment collection
• Maintain accounts receivable records and ageing reports
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams
• Share regular collection status and outstanding reports with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collections
• Basic understanding of GST and domestic taxation
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel / ERP / Accounting software
• Detail-oriented with good numerical ability
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in B2B domestic collections
• Knowledge of Tally / SAP / any ERP
• Good coordination skills
