Realign LLC is hiring for the role of Domestic IT Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle the full recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up until closure.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify the most relevant profiles quickly.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and update status reports regularly.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support senior recruiters and HR team in bulk or niche hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Domestic (India-based) Recruitment – IT or Non-IT.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, etc.).
• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
