Genpact is hiring for the role of Domain Trainee-Record to Report!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare financial statements as per statutory guidelines and accounting standards like IFRS, US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards etc.
• Prepare files as per Regulatory guidelines (APRA submissions, FSL, etc.)
• Review of journals & reconciliations performed by the ledger close team.
• Work on tools like Oracle, TM1, and CDM. Regular communication with onshore counterparts via e-mail, instant messenger, and telephonic calls.
• Ensure 100% compliance and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong communication- Both written and vocal.
• Strong analytical & accounting skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, and be flexible as needs change.
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change.
• High standard of integrity, and strong self-confidence to state and support opinions.
• High energy, and strong influencing skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Effective working knowledge of IT incl. Use of, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

• CA/CMA fresher
• MBA/M.Com with relevant experience
