Genpact is hiring for the role of Domain Trainee - OTC, Cash Application!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Follow up on unapplied payments
- Assist with processing refunds, pole transfer & reporting different dashboards
- Conduct with closing activities
- Ensure stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Possess good knowledge in cash application
- Ability to handle and prioritize month/quarter-end closing
- Good knowledge of excel & validated understanding of Oracle
- Good interpersonal and conversation skills
- Be flexible and proficient in multi-tasking
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of order to cash function
