Domain Trainee(Auto Claims) Job in Hyderabad at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Domain Trainee (Auto Claims)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage high-volume low complexity claims from beginning to end
• Investigate automobile accidents to determine cause and liability, including reviewing police reports and conducting witness interviews
• Analyze insurance policies and relevant laws to determine coverage scope
• Negotiate repairs and settlements with claimants
• Provide regular updates on automobile claims to stakeholders
• Assess vehicle damage and review repair estimates
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient claim handling
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all claim activities
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant years of experience in Material Damage Liability Claims within the US, Europe, India, or LatAm
• College Diploma or commensurate work experience
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• (Preferred) Experience handling fast track/low touch claims
• (Preferred) College Degree
• (Preferred) Lean Six Sigma Certification(s)
