Georgia Pacific is hiring for the role of Documentation Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide up to date shipment details to customers by milestone reporting.
• Make commercial documents like invoice, packing list, insurance, inspection certificates, and form 9, SDC for shipment s to Indian customers for export from USA on various payment terms.
• Track the shipments by following up with the offices in US & also by following up with the shipping companies.
• Assist the customer in release of the cargo by liaison with the shipping lines, banks & clearing agents.
• Verify the post shipment commercial documents prior the same are forwarded to the customers & their banks.
• Follow up with customers for documents not retired from the bank/long stay containers.
• Updating MIS reports and IHC THC charges.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in Industries like BPO, Logistics, Shipping, Oceanic, freight forwarding etc.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Possess good English communication skills, both oral and written.
