EY is hiring for the role of Document Specialist

Responsibilities of candidate:

• Produce collaterals such as placemats, infographics, presentations, proposals, newsletters, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals using MS-based applications
• Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Provide unique, innovative, and effective solutions/design concepts to customers
• Meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
• Adhere to EY brand standards and remain cognizant of visual as well as verbal guidelines
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, socialize the same to peers
• Seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work with minimal supervision and guidance

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree/College diploma (preferably in Graphic Design and/or related discipline)
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Intermediate/basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat (Interactive PDF)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Passion to tell stories through the power of visuals
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitude
• Self-starter with the ability to understand and translate verbal ideas into impactful, cohesive outputs
• Experience working with global clients
• Confidence, maturity, and ability to build strong client relationships
• A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others
