JP Morgan Chase & Co is hiring for the role of Document Servicing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Communicating effectively with internal and external parties to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Understanding, interpreting, and resolving queries pertaining to Client Documentation. 
• Working closely with Onshore, Front office, and Technology group for issue resolution. 
• Working on Client Mandates in a time-driven approach to ensure the client is able to sign the same.
• Fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports growth and development.
• Exercising sound judgment; acting with integrity; and protecting our company, clients, and customers.

Requirements:

• Min 3+ Years of experience
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to operate in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical thinking: Ability to quickly understand complex issues and react effectively
• Experience in driving change to improve team processes, deliver efficiency, and/or reduce risk
• Relevant experience working in Operations will be an advantage
