Larsen and Toubro is hiring for the role of Document Controller.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Copy, scan and store documents
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
• File documents in physical and digital records
• Create templates for future use
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
•  On-Time Delivery of documents and data
• Quality storage of documents
• Skill Development • Digitalization • Standardization (Eliminating Inefficiency) 
• Productive work
• Coordinating with inter department to get various inputs.
• Preparation of checklist of Documents for Review purpose
• Maintain all Documents as per ISO norms set by the management
• Interaction with site for clarification on drawing.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Document controller, Document Management, Microsoft Office and Project management.
• Minimumk Qualification- Bachelor of Science (Bsc).
• 1 year of experience
