Document Controller Internship in Agra at Mace Group

Mace Group is hiring for the role of Document Controller!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Organize internal and external meetings and presentations, documents, equipment, and refreshments where required.           
• Assist the commercial team with contracts and bids.                                        
• Order office stationery and PPE; ensure the office is maintained within H and S standards and testings.                                                   
• Maintain the electronic file-sharing systems such as SharePoint and Aconex; administer user access permissions.
• Ensure all new documents arriving on the system are quality-checked as per standard procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in Electronic Document Management of projects of similar nature
• Experience in compiling and managing document repositories and auditing
