DM: Production (Power Pack Assembly) Job in Haridwar at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. are hiring for the role of DM: Production (Power Pack Assembly)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure daily production as per the plan.
• Ensure zero hold-ups at the end of the line with timely resolution of the quality issues.
• Monitor and close all IR-related issues on the line with the coordination with concerned agencies. New model, PPAP, and ER implementation on tractor line with proper documentation i.e. SOP Manifest and OJT.
• Ensure the DWM of respective shifts including all PQCDSM parameters and timely action on the issues.
• Achieve the targets of Akraman i.e. cost saving, OIT, CIT, QC story. Timely resolution of the issues related to Stockyard, Gate Audit, DPR, Card RPH, and line stoppage.
• Understand requirements related to TS, OHSAS, TPM, and AFSM to face the audits.
• Monitor and reduce consumables and store items used online.
• Close line balancing issues with IEE. Actively participate in innovation drive and ensure maximum innovation projects from the department in the A+, A, and B categories.
• Train and develop cell members in line with the requirements of the organization

Requirements:

• Preferred Industries: Manufacturing 
• Education Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Mechanical; Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Diploma in Automobile; Bachelor of Technology in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Diploma
• General Experience: 3-7 Years
• Fast and effective communication with the support department for resolution of the issues. i.e. stores, maintenance, Quality, and other aggregates.
