AKMV Consultants Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Divisional Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve growth targets.
  • Foster strong, enduring relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand client needs and concerns.
  • Establish a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Analyze data to identify lost or inactive clients and develop targeted re-engagement strategies.
  • Create initiatives to win back lost customers, including personalized outreach and tailored offers.
  • Implement loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly with a focus on existing clientele.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and retention strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
