District Sales Manager Job in Gandhinagar at Danaher

Danaher is hiring for the role of District Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Led team to support company goals, brand goals, gross profit, and target goals by working closely with all Phenomenex departments
• Drive Value Selling Culture at all levels through innovative solution selling approach along with a culture of candidness, dignity, and transparency throughout the District
• Develop strong leadership within the team by implementing MSCRM / DBS which would result in improving Core Opportunities; observe customers and gain insights beyond VOC; encourage the team to pool their insights to resolve if there are new data to consider, to drive business growth
• Develop strategic business plans with supporting market intelligence to ensure future growth in assigned District
• Willingness to travel to meet customer demand within the District up to 50%

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in any Life Science
• Extensive experience in leading a Sales Team (branch or district teams) with a proven track record
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Datacube will be required for this role 
• Motivation and desire to be successful with a “can do” approach, maintaining a positive attitude, being a Team player, striving to learn and contribute to company culture
• Must be able to present clearly and to large groups, i.e., seminars and training
