Koch Global Services is hiring for the role of Dispute Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review and analyze customer complaints, payment discrepancies, and billing disputes
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, and Billing) to gather necessary information for dispute resolution
• Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve disputes efficiently
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding dispute status and resolution
• Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions in the system
• Generate regular reports on dispute trends, resolution times, and outstanding issues
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and resolution of their concerns
• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding any dispute-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispute resolution, accounts receivable, or a similar role within the OTC finance process.
• Dentify root causes of recurring disputes and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes aimed at reducing dispute occurrences Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
