American Express GBT is hiring for the role of Disbursement Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Disburse global payments on a daily/weekly basis in Trax and Bank portals/P2P ( Procure to Pay) exp is must.
- Action Bulk payment uploads in payment / bank portals
- Process Corporate card payments
- Manage cashflow by “holding” payments
- Monitor / Research payment rejections, taking corrective action as applicable
- Process FX payments
- Collate data and provide MIS on team productivity and transactional volumes
- Perform Disbursements data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders
Requirements:
- Perform accounting activities in NetSuite
- Provide Audit Support
- Manage queries from vendors and internal customers within SLA timelines
- Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal / external customers at all levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Assist with project related tasks
