Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The Revenue Director at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad will guide the Leadership Teams of both Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad and Hyatt Raipur in developing strategies to increase revenue and maximize profit. 
• role involves leveraging marketing intelligence, optimizing inventory and pricing strategies, managing distribution channels, and conducting revenue forecasts. 
• The Director will collaborate with departments like Sales and Marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance online strategies. 

Requirements:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Assistant Manager or Coordinator in larger operation. 
•  Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
