Genpact is hiring for the role of Director - Regulatory Compliance Solution!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build creation of sales pipeline by actively participating in client discussions and leading relevant proposals/solution response  
• Create/refine existing service offerings including delivery model, commercial model, and technology solution 
• Develop long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients, understanding their businesses to provide tailored insights 
• Lead the key components of projects, including strategy, planning, and execution 
• Lead delivery teams; be responsible for the quality and content of the deliverables. 
• Manage teams across time zones to ensure adherence to quality and timeliness 
• Support enhancements to the product build for an End to End Regulatory compliance solution by staying abreast of market developments  
• Assess and design internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements 
• Enhance quality and efficiency of recommended risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analysis  
• Conduct compliance audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies 
• Conceptualize and implement strategic solutions to address risks of fraud, corruption, and leakage

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant or an MBA 
• Relevant work experience in the fraud risk management/ compliance/ Internal Audit function in consulting, advisory, and professional services 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Sound team leadership skills 
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of trending industry best practices to gain an edge on ABAC products 
• A practitioner with hands-on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/due diligence  
• Prior experience in ABAC across various industry verticals such as Life Sciences, Consumer goods, and Industrial Manufacturing
• Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical 
• Prior experience in process audits specifically Travel and Entertainment and Accounts Payable  
• Participation in a companywide ABAC program or created a market-facing product or service in the area of ABAC 
• Experience in data analytics will be beneficial
