Kenvue is hiring for the role of Direct Tax Operations Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the team in Tax Operations activities, including US & Non-US Tax Compliance, US GAAP Tax Provision, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain effective control procedures across all aspects of the tax process.
• Collaborate closely with co-source providers and regional tax leads, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Facilitate the preparation of estimated tax payments and ensure timely, accurate filing of tax forms across global jurisdictions.
• Complete annual validation of balance sheet accounts post tax return filings and record journal entries for return to provision.
• Document filed tax returns and follow up on outstanding tax liabilities or refunds.
• Prepare quarterly income tax reporting workpapers and collaborate with global, regional, and technology tax teams.
• Partner with Tax Operations Manager to maintain quality standards and achieve team KPIs.
• Onboard, train, and coach new joiners and junior staff members.
• Support the global vision, strategy, and delivery of tax processes at Kenvue, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Process SMEs and Operational Key Contacts to ensure cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process alignment, with consistent documentation.
• Update desktop procedures (DTPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure process integrity and compliance.
• Enhance tax operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with global, regional, and technology tax teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting; corporate tax experience preferred
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel required
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are desirable
• Prior experience and strong knowledge of ASC 740 – Accounting for Income Taxes is preferred
• Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision, ONESTREAM, and Alteryx (or similar tools) is preferred
• Experience working with a co-source provider
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Willingness to work shifts to align with global assignments in Americas / EMEA / APAC regions
• Ability to lead or participate in other regional, global, or cross-functional duties as assigned
• Desire to pursue CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications
• Prior experience and strong knowledge of SAP is required
