Siemens is hiring for the role of Digitalization and Manufacturing Excellence Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the implementation of digital technologies, such as IoT, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, to enhance manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Identify and implement best practices and methodologies to improve manufacturing operations, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Team Management: Led a team of professionals involved in digitalization and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring their success.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain, to drive alignment and support the successful implementation of digitalization and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure understanding, buy-in, and successful execution of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing manufacturing excellence methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, such as IoT, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, and their applications in manufacturing.
- In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to identify process bottlenecks and drive effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
