TESCO is hiring for the role of Digital Transformation Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation and document existing processes.
• Solution Design: Develop technical specifications and design RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• Development & Implementation: Build, test, and deploy automation scripts and bots.
• Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the stability of automated processes.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and solutions.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing RPA solutions.
• Training: Train end-users on using the automated processes. 

Requirements:

• RPA Technologies: Strong proficiency in Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath.
• Programming Languages: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
• Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Software Development: Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• API Development & Consumption: Experience with developing and consuming APIs.
• Testing: Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies
