Worley is hiring for the role of Digital Solutions Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver services and solutions for Internal clients (Plant Engineering Professionals) using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform-based solutions satisfying customer requirements.
• Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent).
• Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills along with basic engineering knowledge.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization, data transformation, and low-code applications.
• Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.
• Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive interaction and solution delivery to internal clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical Engineering.
• 1-2 Years of related work experience.
• Experience in designing complex common data models.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft’s wave plans.
• Experience in the design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Data verse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts, and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.
• Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
• Experience developing the PowerApps model.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical users.
• Passion for moving organizations forward with the Power Platform and excitement for the impact Power Platform can have on customer experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions.
• Core Skills: Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Data Verse (CDS), Power Automate. Knowledge of other languages and techniques are preferred such as Python, C#, SQL, and .Net.
• Experience with and a good understanding of the Power Platform CoE and governance components.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
• Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
