Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of Digital Sales Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- New customer acquisition for Smart SIM, MNP, and Jio Phone
- Revenue growth through recharge sales
- Customer retention and win back through calling and recharge
conversion, home delivery of SIM cards - Product demonstration and sales of Jio products such as Jio Dive, Jio
Fi and other similar products - Submit daily sales plan to supervisor
- Aware of all the latest updates about Jio products, Plans, Offers and
Schemes
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary/12th Standard
- Experience Requirement: 0 to 3 Years
- Presentable & confident
- Networking Ability
- Readiness for fieldwork
- Fluency in local language
- Ability to articulate thoughts in English
- Listening Skills
- Tech Savvy
