Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop next-generation software products and solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, tech teams, and product teams to build impactful products.
• Manage the implementation of critical products with a focus on global, reusable, and configurable design.
• Use low-code and pro-code tools for rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launch.
• Roles vary in technical requirements — from low-code development to full programming skills.
• Solve complex business challenges through ideation, development, and ownership of tech solutions.
• Support full product lifecycle processes: market research, competitive analysis, planning, and positioning.
• Contribute to roadmap development, requirement gathering, and product launch.
• Own enterprise data assets used in decision-making for millions of customers and billions of transactions.
• Gain deep expertise in both internal and external data assets.
• Ensure data standardization, governance, quality, and ownership while maintaining compliance and security.
• Collaborate across large cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive change.
• Develop robust data management, integration, and quality processes using top-tier technology.
• Drive innovation through big data technologies and scalable solutions.
• Improve productivity by implementing efficient techniques across initiatives.
• Partner with tech, design, and user teams to manage and enhance data products and capabilities.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience on Big-data, SQL will be preferred 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
• Good Programming skills, Knowledge of GCP native tools and other platforms will be preferred.
• Prior experience of product development, Data analytics, governance or stewardship will be an added advantage.
