Hitachi Energy is hiring for the role of Digital Platform & Tools IT Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Site Administration and Architecture: Oversee the administration and architecture of the Trafoschool platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Process and Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated processes and workflows, including approvals, certifications, and billing
• SharePoint Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of SharePoint to design and manage site architecture
• Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Power BI Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive Power BI reports to support data-driven decision-making
• LMS Integration: Lead the integration of Trafoschool with the selected Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strategic Project Leadership: Drive strategic projects involving artificial intelligence and augmented reality to enhance platform capabilities
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and develop enhancements to improve Trafoschool functionalities and streamline administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in IT platform management, with a focus on SharePoint architecture and database management
• Strong experience with database management and Power BI report preparation
• Expertise in process automation and workflow management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Innovative and creative mindset with a proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
