IIDE is hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Trainer!
Responsibilities of The Candidate:
- Deliver course material according to the established curriculum.
- Update and create course content to reflect the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Customize content delivery to suit the needs of individuals or groups.
- Conduct pitches at colleges across Mumbai to promote IIDE’s curriculum and career paths.
- Continuously refine teaching methods based on feedback from classroom experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing fields, including Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development.
- Track student progress and provide suggestions to bridge learning gaps.
- Develop and evaluate assessments, such as MCQs, pre-tests, and post-tests, to measure training effectiveness.
- Keep accurate records of classroom sessions and any new learning resources created.
- Ensure a conducive learning environment, including IT setup and managing assessments.
- Proactively address any issues that may impact the learning experience.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably within an educational setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct sessions confidently.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to punctuality.
- Patience and empathy to cater to diverse learning needs.
- A genuine passion for teaching and digital marketing.
