ClearTax is hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our website, social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to help refine our marketing strategies.
• Email Marketing: Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Event Support: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
• Data Analysis: Help in analysing marketing data and generating reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Marketing Ops : Perform various administrative tasks to support the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
• SEO: Closely working with the SEO team & ensuring Landing page & blog article optimization
• Planning of weekly and monthly targets & plans - across channels

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• MBA from Tier 1 colleges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of international B2B SaaS marketing is a plus
• Work experience: 1-2 years in B2B marketing
