Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing content (graphics, banners, posters, logos) for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Assist in designing marketing materials for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand-aligned visuals.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to improve content quality.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply innovative approaches in creative work.
• Maintain and organize the company’s digital asset library.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media content plans across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging posts, captions, and content to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, audience interactions, and respond to comments/messages to build a strong online community.
• Analyze and report social media performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write engaging content.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Previous internship or freelance experience in graphic design or social media management is an added advantage.
