Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Paid Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to achieve targeted goals, including lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns from idealization to execution, ensuring they align with the overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Creative Content Development: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing marketing creatives, including ad banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, create compelling social media content, and interact with the audience to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Content Marketing: Assist in developing content marketing strategies, including blog posts, infographics, videos, etc., to drive inbound traffic and support SEO efforts.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing advancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ads, campaigns, creatives, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and visuals.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and social media management.
• Data-driven approach to analyse marketing performance and make data-backed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
