Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Instagram, GA-4, Google Tag Manager), and email marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to enhance marketing campaigns and improve audience targeting.
• Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and other digital assets to ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including developing content, creating email lists, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign results.
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor social media trends to increase brand visibility and engage with followers.
• Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, agencies, and vendors, to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with web analytics and data analysis to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
