Ingersoll Rand is hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Growing web users and lead generation including e-commerce channels.
• Improving user journey experience.
• Improving organic search results.
• Creating new pages and improving existing website content.
• Translating and standardization of content across core languages.
• Posting content regularly.
• Keeping the social media calendar up to date.
• Generating new interesting content for each channel.
• Creating sponsored campaigns to drive followers, interactions, and lead generation.
• Ensuring regular reporting loop on all activity to Marketing Leaders.

Requirements:

• Well-organised and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and interest in B2B demand generation
• Willing to learn and develop, looking for a start in a marketing career with an international company
• Graduate level education
• Experience with various content management systems; particularly Oracle (OCM)
• Knowledge of digital marketing elements such as SEO, SEA, web editing and campaign management
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Basic design software skills; Adobe, InDesign
