Updazz is hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Create and schedule social media posts in line with the content calendar.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate and develop new ideas for digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, and email marketing software (HubSpot).
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying on top of digital marketing trends.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
