Yubi Group is hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop insights for customer/lead growth in digital acquisition and customer retention/repeat.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing spend across channels, implement marketing ROI framework, and optimize the demand funnel.
• Break down company targets into realistic plans on the demand front, take ownership of tracking results, and highlight gaps.
• Take end-to-end ownership of Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and implement RCA frameworks.
• Identify, extract, and track relevant metrics, providing recommendations for business decisions.
• Automate and create dashboards for reporting on Quicksight and Amplitude for all marketing efforts across the group.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or related profiles
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Graduate with a B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech. degree from premier institutes (tier 1, tier 2)
• Familiarity with analytic environments and tools for both structured and unstructured data
• Proficient in Excel, Python, Athena/SQL, and any visualization tool (Quicksight, Amplitude, etc.)
• Preferred experience with planning and forecasting
• Knowledge of statistics is a plus
• Team player with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with exceptional ownership and ability to work with minimum supervision
