Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital branding strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
• Identify and target key audiences through effective segmentation and persona development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Drive the development and execution of content marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to ensure the company's branding strategies remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of (5-11) years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on branding and promotion.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital branding campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, and paid media.
• Experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
