Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage social media accounts, create and publish content, and engage with followers.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, creating email lists, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with web developers to optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with digital marketing vendors and service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them based on importance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for digital marketing and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
