Apple is hiring for the role of Digital Insights Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform end-to-end analyses across all AppleCare touch points, including data gathering from large and complex data sets, data processing, and analyses.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, customer journeys, and other relevant metrics to understand the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Present findings from analytics and research and make recommendations to leadership and multi-functional business partners.
• Provide insights to executive leadership and business partners on anomalies and trends.
• Find opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction scores and reducing customer friction points across AppleCare touch points.
• Work with business partners to refine business, operational, and customer metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes in digital analytics, and proactively find opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in a Data Analytics role.
• Experience articulating and translating business questions and using analytics to answer those questions.
• Experience working in diverse multi-functional teams to get results and sharing a point of view and direction on analytics, business insights, and measurement.
• Experience with using SQL to mine and analyze data. Familiarity and experience with performing analytics using R/Python is highly preferred.
• Experience in producing powerful visualizations and dashboards that balance both art and science (using Tableau/D3, etc).
