Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging feature articles on the latest jewellery retail trends and marketing strategies. Uncover and narrate important stories from the jewellery economy, highlighting innovative practices and industry leaders. Conduct in-depth interviews with industry experts and executives to gather valuable insights and perspectives. Transform complex reports into clear, visually engaging stories with infographics and multimedia elements.
• Writing and Editing: Craft captivating headlines, informative captions, and concise story summaries. Ensure all content is accurate, coherent, and aligns with our editorial style guides. Maintain consistency with our brand voice and adhere to high journalistic standards.
• Audience Engagement: Enhance the Retail DIVE Weekly Newsletter by integrating compelling and relevant content that resonates with our readers. Monitor reader feedback and engagement to continuously refine content strategies and boost reader satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the editorial team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content. Cover industry events and forums as needed, providing thorough reporting and analysis.
• Professional Growth: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and business practices within the jewellery sector. Pursue opportunities for professional development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our content.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Journalism / English Literature with prior internship / full fledged writing experience in digital media
• Personal Traits: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively, detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
• Good Researching & Networking Skills: Should have good researching & networking skills so as to create a larger pool of exclusive & non exclusive stories on every weekly basis for our digital weekly dive newsletter.
• Ability to meet the fast pace needs of digital media: Should be comfortable to meet the fast pace needs of digital weekly newsletter for meeting their weekly targets of covering exclusive & non exclusive stories every week within the given timeframe, without compromising the quality of the content.
