Digital Content Marketing Specialist Job in Gurgaon at Natwest Group

Natwest is hiring for the role of Digital Content Marketing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the production of content to ensure there is a steady stream of on-brand, engaging content going out each week in our social and CRM channels
• Support production of content relating to campaigns, reactive recruitment requests and larger digital projects as required collaborate with team members across Talent Attraction to ensure a clear line of sight of content streams including always-on, campaigns and content to support reactive recruitment 
• Provide SME support and expertise to a wider team around content specifications, brand guidelines and best practices across wider recruitment marketing activity and channels
• Seek out content that can be used to positively promote our purpose and NatWest Group as a great place to work

Requirements:

• An excellent understanding of content production techniques including video production
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and copywriting, including writing for web and online  
• Well-versed in social media strategy and channels and marketing strategy 
• Good understanding of audience personas and targeting per channel 
• Experience working as part of a project and familiarity with project management tools and principles
• An understanding of the critical elements of brand visual identity and brand management
• Clear communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences
